unrestricted editions / reading
Our micropress, Unrestricted Editions, has published chapbooks since 2016. These chapbooks–originally designed by Mary Austin Speaker and now designed by Tijqua Daiker–have found their way into library collections from the Walker Arts Center in Minneapolis to the University of Arizona Poetry Center and beyond. We have also partnered with organizations like A.R.T. (Art Resources Transfer) to distribute the work of our writers to public schools, libraries, and prisons nationwide. Authors receive royalties at four times the industry standard, and all remaining profits are recycled into efforts to make our work accessible and sustainable for all our present and future writers. In addition to individual chapbooks, we also publish anthologies and albums. The library continues to grow.
